Tazmanian Salmon? There's really no comparison to OG. Biaggis on the other hand is really good. A bland NY Strip? Strange. I wonder how they washed the flavor out of it, LOL. I love the Cork n' Cleaver. I eat there with clients for lunch. Dinner has a great atmosphere. If you're trying to decide whether to eat somewhere like Olive Garden or the Cork, maybe Olive Garden would be a better choice for you. We dined here on feb 3, 2007. Our waiter, "Jaz", provided above average service in a timely manner. The food, however, was quite uninspired and bland. We ate NY strip and salmon... both were better at less expensive places like Biaggis or Olive Garden. A disappointing anniversary dinner after all we'd heard about C & C. -- 2/7/2007 11:26:24 AM
