I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend, and I have to say this is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. We arrived and the place looked pretty nice, but that was the only good thing about the place. I made the mistake of telling the waiter we needed more time to look at the menu and she didn't return for over a half hour. I was about to leave, and I really wish we had. It took quite some time to prepare our food which wouldn't have really bothered me much except that the food really was atrocious. I would have rather had canned ravoli then the disgusting stuff I was given. My girlfriend's food was even worse. It had absolutely no flavor. We asked for some sauce to add to it and that made it bareable, but it definitely wasn't worth the money for the place. I give it one start only because I can't give it zero. To be fair their salad bar and the decor were not bad, but after the food and service I would never dream of going to Spaghetti works again.
