The 128 Cafe is exceptional. It is a small, quiet, place with fantasic food, good portions, and reasonable prices. We visited with a party of eight The overall response of our group regarding the evening was very positive from everyone. The wait staff was attentive. The menu changes so it may not be the same should you decide to visit. But tonight, with eight people, we were able to try a lot of different choices. From the appetizers through to the desserts everything was delicious. The only bad part is the parking situation. They have valet parking, and you may have to use it. The restaurant is across from the University of St Thomas and most streets are posted for permits. I had to park about 4 blocks away, or face a tag or possible tow when parking in the neighborhood.
