We drive over an hour to come here every year on my sister B-Day!! That's how much she loves it. This year was disappointing. One of the kids spill water, Deb (our server) saw an did not offer to help by getting us napkins or refill our empty water. There was not enough silverware for everyone an not enough waters to go around. She seem really irritable that we were there. Every one food came out hot and great! B-Day girl food was cold an she only eat a few bites. Deb was no where in site. After every one eat Deb ask B-Day girl if she wanted a box, she was so upset how she ignore this whole time she said no. The plate was obvious full. Deb didn't even ask if everything was alright with it she just took it away. I quietly told our server it was her B- Day and I had to repeat it 3 times an she out loud said oh it her B-Day. Suppose to be a surprise. I am still trying to figure out why we deserve such horrible service. She should be very grateful that she has a job. I would be really embarrassed if she was my employee. As to the owner: we love your food an we can not wait till next year. I really just wanted to let you know about our experience. I would want to know.
