I have been here many times over the last 12 years. Once or twice, my ribs seemed `heated over` but most of the time, they are excellent. Since many on this site seem to prefer Corky's, I can only conclude that most like their ribs stewed in barbecue sauce, using meat cuts that are meatier with less bone, but which lack that essentail ingredient of ribs, namely, slow-cooked and well-spiced meat which is gnawed and chewed off the bone. Yes, the bread is Wonder Bread, and the sides are nothing special -and the beer list could be better. But for real ribs (and not steam-plate slop) this is the best in Memphis.
