I dined last night 7/30/09 at Nova Europa for the first time in ten years, and kick myself for not returning long ago. I've read the other reviews, and I don't think these people were to the same restaurant. Having dined all over Europe and the US,I say this restaurant is among the best. The ambience is outstanding, the service (Souza weas my server]was flawless, and the dinner perfect. I could not have wanted better, and the cost was slightly below average, and far below D.C. prices. I felt guilty only leaving a 20% gratuity. My only criticism is that Portugese specialities should be more prominenton the menu. Only Sergio's in Silver Spring is a good equal, it is hidden in the Hilton!
