We went for dinner on Friday 6/26/09. We ordered the Guacomole appetizer, with chips and it was fantastic. It was avocados, tomatoes, green peppers, cheese and sliced black olives, it was light with great flavor, along with a basket of round chips. It was the perfect sized appetizer for the two of us. Then we had the salads which coinsisted of various salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber slices, purple onion, & crispy croutons. We both had blue cheese & french dressings on the side, which were homemade & delicious. We also had the bread basket which had 4 buttery garlic bread slices, a wheat roll, packaged bread sticks & melba toast. They also sent it out with wrapped butter pats. I had a glass of white zinfandel, and my dinner partner had Sam Adams beer. We both ordered the walleye dinner, he had the `camp style` breading, and I ordered mine broiled. They both came with potatoes and homemade tarter sauce. The fish pieces (2) we received were perfectly cooked & was some of the freshest walleye. we'd both ever tasted. I had a baked potato with mine and my dinner guest had their `brown potatoes` These are smaller potatoes, boiled with the skins on, then they are * bad tealed & deep-fried. They are a must have! We ended up ordering pie for desert, we tried the key lime & the french silk. They were both creamy & delicious, with great flavor. This was one of the best dinners that I've had on Lake Minnetonka in a long time. The service was perfect, and the servers & one of the owners made us feel like we were family members. We highly recommend this restaurant. (edited)
