How is an Indian restaurant owned by a Hindi family not authentic? My experiences with the wait staff haven't been exceptional, so I agree there, but the food has kick if you know what to order and for any restaurant in America where kids are sure to be dragged to, a little Americanization is okay. Is follow up to post by dford525 ... Misal is not authentic Indian food. Dishes are bland and Americanized. Random food that has nothing to do with India randomly appears throughout the menu.
