I can believe it coming from an ex-employee, i can say at wolf's they ridicule customers behind there back, and despise every order that is placed there, they fix food like they are mad at the people ordering! Theres alot of smiles to greet you but once you get back in the kitchen....if any of you have ever seen the movie `Waiting` then you should be able to comprehend. But all i can say is, now that i have worked there i would not care for anyone there to prepare my food, questionable meats, and handling procedures, they use dont switch out there old pans so the same pans get reused for weeks on end cause they lack all the necessary equipment... such as enough pans to properly flip and rotate food for the day....even after i asked for more pans they still did not seem that concerned, i guess they have been getting away with it for 40yrs now so why stop? And dont go eat buffet for about the first 2 or 3 hours (if you can even stomach eating there, good tasting stuff but they are not too concerned about the quality of there meats cause `you can put barbecue on anything and make it taste good`{--- words from management)but yeah dont eat the buffet for the first couple hours of the day unless you like 3 day old meat `re-juvinated` with wolfs famous barbecue sauce...lol , i also wouldnt eat anything with shredded chicken... that stuff gets tossed around and fingered by so many people that play games with the chicken legs that in the end does not seem that sanitary. I just thought the public should know how there favorite barbecue place is ran...oh yeah pickels and potatoe's, if youve tried them... let me know how floor tastes...!?!?
