The food was very good but the service was atrosious. They also added a 21 % service charge instead of 18 %. The waiter we had should have only received 10 %. The Matrede was very apoligetic but our group will never return. The male bartender was very nice and attentive. Maybe he can train staff in proper service. He received a 23 % tip.
