I Love Casa Bonita!! I grew up in Denver and remember going there as a child and loved exploring the caves and watching the divers. The food is not as good as it used to be, I remember while you were standing in line you used to be able to watch them make home made tortillas. The sopapillas are still the best! I live in Iowa now and we make a trip back to Denver every summer and always go to Casa Bonita. Great childhood memories!!
