We drove to Tulsa from Grove today & was the first foursome thru the door @ 4:00pm...We of course was seated immediately and we had a very rude woman. We requested 2 seperate checks & she said she couldn't do that. We asked for steak sauce & never received. We asked for butter & never received & my husband finally got a bowl of butter off the next table that had not been seated yet. We asked for a refill of Dr. Pepper & never got it & finally my husband asked a young man & he brought it to us. When they would not separate the check my husband gave them $40 cash & our guest gave them a credit card & when he brought the cc receipt back our guests did not put a tip on the ticket as he was going to leave a cash tip & the older man from the front door said now you know there is no gratuity on this which we thought was very rude..We have NEVER walked out of a restaurant without leaving a tip but by now we were just not happy with the restaurant. Our guest laid down $3.00 and the man said $3.00 for service...I finally spoke up and told him we had terrible service & not to mention our original waitress NEVER came back to our table. I told him our drinks were never filled as we had to fill them ourself. We had tea & water pitchers on our table & never received our steak sauce or our butter & he just said OK...OK...We grew up in Tulsa and have gone to Jamils, Freddy's & Eddy's on birthdays...Anniversaries & have never had such bad service. They brought our food out so fast we barely could start eating before they brought more food out. The bologna & ribs were cold & the salad was so drenched with dressing we could not eat it.
