This is what the Virginia Beach area has to offer for `upscale`? Well than I better move quick! Had a dinner there with a friend visiting figured we would stay close to the area instead of going downtown Norfolk. This place has all the writings on the wall of a trashy sub par seafood restaurant. The price was not outrageous for what you received it was. If you would like to gorge yourself with as much sub par (overcooked) seafood as possible than this is your place they have a buffet. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
