I dined at Houston's last night with my family. Given the prices and the atmosphere, the service should be good. Instead, the service was worse than a Black Angus. We were told the wait was 20 minutes. Instead it was 45 minutes. The hostess threw four menus on the table after seating us. The waiter took about ten minutes to take our order, fifteen minutes to serve us bread, and I am still waiting on my glass of water. The food was excellent. The service was embarassing.
