I would have like to be able to comment about the food, but I never reached that point. You see, the restaurant lost my reservation. Now many restaurants have lost reservations before and it is not a catastrophe, but the problem I had at Euroasian was how they handled it. There was no admittance of fault, no apologies, no show of concern. Just the opposite, the hostess kept telling us to wait `a few minutes`, then go and hide in the kitchen. After fifteen minutes of this, knowing we had a show to catch, I felt I did not have the time to play hide and seek and left, going instead to another restaurant. The hostess at Euroasian displayed very unprofessional behavior. My advice would be to have the staff attend an entry level restaurant management course.
