COME ON that was 4 years ago. Get over it. I am going tomorrow night and expect great service.- Is follow up to post by sbryan ...
This used to be our families favorite restaurant but since New Years eve 03, I don't think we will be eating here again. We usally eat here about 2 times a month sometimes more. Our family of 4 had dinner, with my husband ordering a surf n turf, but instead of the sirlon steak he ask if he could have the teryiak steak instead. Waitress said sure no problem, but when it was time to pay there was a mistake, she had charged us for a teryiak steak dinner and the surf n turf, but we only received 1 steak and 1 lobster. She went back to correct the ticket but came back with a bill $20.00 more than the original of $98.00. She stated that there were no subsuitues for the surf n turf and she rung the orig up wrong and her manager wanted us to pay the new bill of $20.00 more. Ok we had already a problem with the bill, don't you think the problem just got worse. You would think you would want to make the customer happy but instead you just really pissed them off. We have told all our family and friends about this and they can make up their own minds if they will come to your restaurant.
