I read your review of Salerno and I am sorry you think it was so much better with the previous owners. I am the new owner and I worked for the previous owners for four years. Your right most business get worse when taken over but in this case I increased the quality of food to the best products in the market. I also quadrupled the business in less than three years. We must be doing something right. I am also here to make sure every persons dining experience is the best it can be and will practically do anything to ensure this. So I am truly sorry I missed you and even more sorry your experience was not as enjoyable as most. Please bring your family back for a free dinner and I will guarantee it to be one of the nicest experiences you have ever had. Unfortunately, Salerno's changed owners several years ago, and, while it used to be absolutely amazing, it is now just "pretty good". Still, I'd say it's better than Lexington's other options. -- 2/20/2008 5:26:00 PM
