I ate there tonight. Prime Rib was very good salad bar was great. Paul the bartender was great. I hated the bar stools....too short! Herb - Is follow up to post by french.s ...
My wife and I went to Fifth Quarter on our 5th anniversary August 27th 2006 this used to be the once in a great while place for special occasions to eat. After receiving our second glass of tea my wife noticed a knat in her glass. This was very disturbing to me being our anniversary and our 5th. I then asked to speak to a manager, when she came to our table ( Her name was Regina) she apologized and stated that she new there was a problem with these bugs and that they were going to get Ecolab back out to spray again. Regina then offered to take care of the bill and hoped we would return.
So we did about November and we had the same thing happened again. We then notified the waiter of the situation then we went ahead and paid and left with the decision to not ever go back again. After returning home and a discussion with my wife we decided to call Regina and advise her of our decision. She then offered for us to come back and she would take care of us with the utmost care. “So” on the week of Christmas we decided to give this one more chance. We called Regina to advise her that we were coming in. After a great meal and service we had our left over’s in a bag and was getting ready to leave when a “Roach “ run across our table. I was able to catch it and immediately my wife took it to the waitress. Regina came over to our table and apologized and asked if there was anything she could do to make up for this situation.
