	Wonderful food - Excellent service Taste of India in Staten Island is a rare dinning experience. I would rate the quality of the food right up there with the high end Manhattan Indian restaurants and consistently so. The dishes are prepared with vegitable oil and not clarified butter. The service is first rate with a focus on detail.
