I have been going tothe Brighton House for several years , today at our Grief Group lunch I found that it was not up to par. There were about 10 of us and 7 of us ordered the `Construction Tuna Salad` special. I think the cook probably ran out of tuna salad because you also had a funeral lunch gong. None of us received more than a tablespoon of tuna (now we know that tuna from a can is cheap) and that was not nearly worth $4.95. Most of us are on fixed incomes without a spuse, so eating lunch on a budget is a must. What happened? The man waiter said that portion was because it was a special...and the lettuce salad that the tuna was served on looked like it had been taken from the funeral parties lunch? I was very disappointed as were most of us. Thank you, Barbara Kilbourn, Brighton resident for 30 years.
