It had been awhile since my last visit to Toby’s BBQ on the Northside, so I decided it time. I placed a “To Go” order and picked it up. When I arrived home and began my dining experience I was sorely disappointed. The pork had no smoke flavor, which is something that you expect from a good BBQ joint. It tasted like it had been warming in an oven for days, reheated day after day and I was the lucky one the get the left over meat. This is not a good thing when it comes to BBQ and I will not be back…
