I took my husband to the restaurant for Father's Day 08. We were immediately seated which was great. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the restroom was very dirty. The waitress came over and took our drink and appetizer order. My husband ordered a red wine and received a white wine, I ordered water with lemon and received water with no lemon. When I asked for the lemon, I received two lemons served to me on a napkin. It took quite a while to receive our appetizer. In fact my hubby received his salad before we received our spinach/artichoke dip appetizer. It took awhile for us to receive our dinner. My hubby ordered sirloin steak and lobster. He received a sirloin steak with a bit of fat on it and fried shrimp. I told them he had ordere steak and lobster and the young man promised to get the lobster out asap. I ordered the rattlesnake chicken pasta. It took a little while to get the lobster but finally the waitress brought it out. After that we never had any further contact with our waitress except for when she came to bring us the check and I had to ask for a to go container. She never refilled our water glasses, never asked how the food was or even if we wanted dessert. My hubby enjoyed his food and said it was all good. I wasn't happy with the rattlesnake pasta, it was too dry for my taste so I took my plate home to sauce it up more. This was my 2nd visit to this location and my hubby's first. It was not a good experience for me. Even though our waitress was nice, the customer service was lacking. FOr the amount of money we spent at that location, I would really have expected better.
