I have never responded to a review that was not a positive one. However, I felt compelled on this one. The beverages were plentiful and the atmosphere was fun, though noisy. I was told Red Bones is the place to go if you want ribs. We drove from Chelmsford to Somerville and invited my daughter and friend to join us. The ribs were so dry and the side of beans were so dry that they were stuck to the plate. You didn't lift with your fork, you had to scrud*e them off the plate. Even the cornbread was dry. I was so very disappointed. Our server, though pleasant, was new and was having difficulty answering questions that we had. My meal, (large baby back ribs) looked as though it had been prepared earlier and just warmed up to serve when we arrived. It only took a few minutes to get our order. After hearing good comments, Red Bones left me with a bad taste. (edited)
