Unbelievable. I have eaten sushi all over the world including Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama. There is no equal. For the surprise of a lifetime, ask the owner / sushi master for something special'. SushiZen serves traditional and 'fushion' Japanese cuisine. It's the 'fusion' part which is astounding. Can't believe the first review. I got a small sashimi to start and noticed the high quality of the maguro and hamachi immediately.
