There are many choices here to meet anyone's dining preferences, especially if you want lots of flavor, but do not want to be tempted into unhealthy deep-fried foods--they don't have a deep-fryer. No hamburgers! No steaks! but a large menu of chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes. The menu borrows structurally from the way Chinese menues work: just as in a Chinese restaurant you can get Mu Shu or Sweet & Sour with whatever protein you want, so at Old Wives' Tales there are many different ethnic entrees to which you can add chicken, shrimp, halibut, salmon, tofu, tempeh, etc.
