I used to deliver fresh-baked French bread to this restaurant for over 4 years. From first hand experience being in the kitchen, I can tell you this is by FAR the cleanest kitchen in Tulsa. You need not worry about the cleanness of your food or the preparers. All top notch. The place is cleaned, polished and cleaned again from top to bottom very frequently. And the food? It is as fresh as you can get sitting in the middle of Oklahoma. Brought in daily. Great group of cooks, servers and owners.
