I have been going to this restaurant for a long time and have never had an experience like the one these people describe. I have always had a great time and have had awesome food. The staff has always been friendly and professional.- Is follow up to post by monica.marusceac ...
My husband and I had just had a great experience with a different local Yuma business earlier that day and were in the mood to patronize a local establishment. BIG MISTAKE!!! This place is terrible and the manager, Ricky, is RUDE!!! I ordered the SMA Burger (very good, by the way!) while my husband ordered a "well marbled piece of meat", the 12 oz Ribeye. WHAT A BLAND, FLAVORLESS PIECE OF MEAT!!! We sent it back and requested another SMA Burger. We waited and waited... our burger finally arrived. We had ordered it medium but it came well done. I kept thinking that the manager, Ricky, would come by at some point and ask us "How is everything?" but NOTHING! Finally, when the server came back to ask us if we wanted anything else, I told her that while she was very nice, the food was terrible and we were disappointed that the manager hadn't even come by to ask us how everything was. She asked me if I wanted to speak with him and I said yes. In a minute or so, the manager, Ricky, flounces to the table and says, "Ok...?" with an oh-so-bored expression on his face. I said "Ok?" and he says, "Yes, you called me?" He didn't introduce himself or say ANYTHING of a customer service oriented nature. When we explained the bland, terrible tasting rib-eye situation he said, "Yes, that happens a lot." I couldn't believe it... I said my piece and eventually gave up. This place is probably the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to (Yuma or otherwise) and will absolutely NEVER EVER come back. I highly recommend that nobody else does either.
