We've been eating at Cafe Trang for over 20 years--since it was a little hole-in-the-wall to their now lovely location. Some of our favorites include the Carmel Pork, Chicken with Black Bean sauce (anything with black bean sauce!), Pad Thai and Chicken Satay. You can't really go wrong. We've eaten at their main location in downtown SLC and in the Clearfield location. While the SLC has better ambiance and more attention to decoration--the food is equally great at both. It's just easier to get seated in Clearfield.
