You'd be better off going to Sam's Club and popping those babies into a fry daddy. I have it on good authority that the crab cakes are brought in frozen from Ben E. Keith and deep fried. Is follow up to post by nylbob ... Was staying at Manford Inn to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary; Legends was highly recommended by the owners, and we can personally say the food was delicious. Try the Maryland crab cakes appetizer! Never had to ask for our water glasses to be filled - service was supurb! -- 1/27/2000 9:59:40 AM
