Yes, I agree. I came back to Indiana after leaving the Air Force from California and the first restaurant I went to was Shoes. I saw the closed sign and felt the same way. I remember eating there with my Dad when I was just a small kid. Opening that thick tin foil was just memorable. If they opened up another location anywhere in T.H. I will be there with all my Olive Garden buds on Grand Opening day for sure. You can buy the sauce though and it's sooo good. Mikes Market, Kroger and Wal-Mart have it. It's expensive, but I'd pay $10 a bottle to have it. Just to ad...I know it may sound a bit nasty to some of you all, but it's the only sauce I drink a dab of out of the bottle. It's just that good.
