Hickory Joe's was sold 5/1/96 but new owner said he would continue to use the name and secret recipes, which Joe sold to him. Recipes are THE BEST in barbecue. No one in Arkansas can beat this barbecue, and I've tried most of them. They are almost exactly like the old Shack Barbecue of years past.
