No one has been rude to us and we are frequent visitors. It is a faily place with cuisine to please the average Amaerican appetite (great burgers and pizza, subs, Philadelphia cheese steaks, omelets, etc) but will also please the foodie, a generous amount of steamed clams or mussels in a garlic white wine reduction, homemade salad drssing, the best clam chowder (I am from New England, I know) and wonderful and creative specialties. Ignore the others who complain. The place is small so if it is busy, you have to wait. Try it. You will go back.
