seriously....I love gasoline alley and yes they fill up very fast and they often only have a few waitesses working because it is a small place but it seems to me that you were the one being rude you could of given your name when you walked in its the normal thing to do there.... and believe me it was probably your rudeness and stares that made that waitress turn on you because there not rude people they just dont like to be disrespected!!!! so go ahead and tell 10 people you hated the place sounds to me that you didnt even give it a chance!!!! especially since you alked in at one of the busiest times of the day have some patience!!!!!- Is follow up to post by numma50 ...
We arrived 12/22/05 6:30PM and stood
behind a couple who were waiting. The sign
read, Wait to be seated. No one took our
name. After 10 minutes the first couple was
seated after the waitress finally wiped the
table. The other tables remained dirty. After
more waiting she cleans the table for two and
looks at my husband who said "we need the
other table", since there were three of us. She
leaves and ignores us and doesn't finish
cleaning the other table for four. Few minutes
later, a group walk in behind us and they walk
around us and she seats them. We have now
been waiting 25 minutes. We look at her and
she say's What? And then says what's your
name like we were suppose to have a
reservation. This was an extremely rude
waitress and we will never go back. So we left,
smelling like smoke and hungry. Needless to
say we walked out. Guess we will tell 10
people and hope they tell 10 people etc. -- 12/23/2005 7:37:45 AM
