We went to Park Place to celebrate my Aunt and Uncle and my Mother and Father's wedding anniversaries last weekend, and I must say I will NEVER go back. The service was terrible beyond al standards...we waited 30 MINUTES just for drinks, and our server had entered half of them WRONG! He was not that busy, he only had 3 tables, and as a former waitress, the service could have been much better! As for the food...the chef needs a different job. After waiting an hour for our food on top of the 30 min. we waited to get our drinks and the extra 25 minutes we waited to order our food, my salmon might have tasted better from a can. Overcooked and obviously the last piece left in the kitchen: small, tasteless, and overcooked. I recommend a salad if you're going to eat here...of all the 7 people that went that night, only 1 person enjoyed their meal. For a restaurant that has a steady flow every night, especially weekends, it should be expected to have good timely service and well prepared food. You'd be better off going to the Oyster Bar, Club Soda, or Henry's...just to name a few.
