Wish we had read these reviews before our winter visit. We experienced all the same problems...upselling water & bread was bad enough, but when we asked for a glass of wine and were told we needed to purchase a split I couldn't believe it! Then the bill came and that split was $30! It certainly was not $15 a glass wine. The food was okay...just okay and the staff was less than attentive. This dining experience was the low spot in an otherwise wonderful weekend is Baltimore.
