My favorite place to dine - `discovered` it when I was newly single and playing `Restaurant Roulette` in the international district on Friday nights. I would eat at the closest restaurant to where I could find a parking place. Had some pretty poor meals and some astonishing ones. But overall HO HO had the best food, the best people, and best atmosphere...warm, enjoyable and family. Go there. Have the grilled oysters. Have whatever they suggest. It's good.
