Had reservations for The Buggy Whip last night (1/13/08), party of 5.Two of us ordered the 'Assorted Captain Catch Platter'. I should have/ could have purchased the frozen shrimp, fillet of whatever (all breading very little fish)and scallops from the market and served it at home.
The breading was that pasty dipping concoction that is used in commercial breading for frozen products.
The vegetable presented (broccoli) was in a 2` round dish with one small stem of broccoli of which was COLD. The other items on the platter weren't even hot.
On one bill, the waitress over-charged. Nothing was said as it wasn't that much (only $2.00), but it is the principle and her job to know the prices.
Beer was ordered and wrong brand was delivered.
I would not got back to 'The Buggy Whip' again.
