	It is a rule with me to visit K-Paul's, whenever I am in town. I have had incredible complicated dishes, as well as incredible simple dishes. K-Paul's is about flavor, not just a beautiful arrangement. This is the food of the chef who woke up America to Cajun cuisine. After eating, wander into their tiny shop and buy some of their spices.
