I dined at the Proud Bird Restaurant in November 2007 while at the Los Angeles AFB. This is truly an outstanding restaurant from the standpoint of service and food. Comparing this restaurant with the finest in Europe, especially Leon, FR, the gastronomic Capitol of France because of the presence of the master chef, Paul Bocuse, I would rate the Proud Bird right up there with the Best of them!
