I agree with jpl3 and chai.chai 123 our meal was $950 the money was not an object but the food was disgusting we nibbled and were ready to leave. The manager would not leave us alone because she kept wanting to take pictures with my date since he is who he is. I would never waste my time again. There is a spot down the block, Sofrito, dirt cheap, ambiance is increadible and we had a blast.- Is follow up to post by jpl3 ...

Same exact thing happened to our party of 4 just 2 days earlier!!
Never saw a menu..."we'll give you a taste of several classics...". Champagne cart comes immediately and we assume as complimentary since we're on a "fixed price" type meal. Meal was mediocre @ $275. Champagne charge: 10 glasses @ $40/g= $400!! Outrageous!!
We should have refused to pay.
The restaurant and owner refused to respond to attempts to resolve in spite of certified letter, email & calls. All documented.
