	Originally from the East Coast, I have a fondness for Philly cheese steak. I had the occasion to have one from Janice on a Thurs, and then bought one in Jersey the next day. Not only is her's the best this side of the Mississippi, but it was even better than the one I had on the boardwalk of Point Pleasant. Kudos to Janet and her staff. Jim Pruce
