Golden Phoenix (in Chinatown Philadelphia) is grossly overrated and highly undesired. First, let's go through a list of dishes I ordered and what I thought. The `Seafood Pan Fried Noodles`for $11.95, was not very good. The seafood portion (didn't even have 1 shrimp) was tremendously disappointing. Very small portion sizes is a theme at this restaurant. The `Steamed Striped Bass` was very disappointing as well. The portion size was excessively small for $21.95. The striped bass was about the size of a panfish like a sunfish (5` in length no kidding). I would've expected something 12` long (whole fish) for $21.95. What a disappointing portion size. The `salt baked seafood` for $11.95 was very soggy and not as crisp as I would've liked. You do not want soggy in this dish. It was overcooked and looked like bad chicken nuggets. Greatly disappointed.
