	Will never go back. Waiter never came back to see if we needed anything. Had to flag him down to tell him that my pork chop was raw on the inside. Was told not to worry about it - they were certain that it would be OK since they cure their own meat. Sorry folks, but curing doesn't kill the bugs on the inside.
