We visited Barnacle Bill's Seafood Restaurant in Tallahassee and found the food was delicious. The prices were more than fair, the portions were humongous and the waitresses were very friendly, courteous and prompt. The building is old and needs work, you won't find crystal chandeliers here: but you also don't have to eat on paper plates. Not a place for snobs, but for the working Joe: it's seafood heaven.
