	John Mortimer is a fantastic Executive Chef, bar none. It made my wife's birthday a `dining pleasure`...if you want a tasty lifetime treat, the `Chef's Tasty Menu` is a MUST! Great food, super service (Casey, our waiter) made it a treasured memory and dining experience. We'll definitely be back!
