They say that you can please 100 people but it only takes one customer with a bad experience to negate all of the time, money and effort management puts into the place to earn it's reputation. One bad review does not break a restaurant, however, one bad or unattentive waiter/manager can destroy a life's work! That's why the expression `the customer is always right...` was created. Don't give up on this Bronx tradition just because of one bad staff member.
