We have been going to The Old Spaghetti Factory is Fresno for years. Never had a bad experience until Friday Evening the 31 of August. The service all the way from the hostess to the waiters were perfect, the food on the other hand,yuck. Two of us said ours tasted burnt, and mine was so dry around the edges it had obviously been under a heat lamp a long time. The flatware was dirty and so were a couple of the glasses. We were wondering if maybe the dishwasher was broke. There were 14 of us in all and everyone had some sort of problem with their meal, food. Our waiter was very apologetic and took a lot of time to try and make things better for us. I have no idea who was cooking that night but he or she definetly needs more training. I asure you this will not stop or returning to The Spaghetti Factory we are just hoping for a better dining experience in having the quality of food we are used to getting form there.
