Ginza Restaurant is the premier, truly classic japanese Sushi Restaurant in Chicago. I have been dining there for 27 years, and would never go anywhere else. I take all of my family, clients, and friends there, as well as referring all who ask me regarding `Who has the best Japanese cuisine in town?`. Everything is top-notch, from atmosphere to cusine to service. It is totally authentic in design and ambience. In my opinion, there is no better Japanese restaurant in Chicago!
