Uncle Sam's 18913 N 83rd Ave Peoria, AZ 85382 I found this place to lack knowledge into how a Stromboli is prepared. They have the idea that a Stromboli is a folded `Pizza.` This from the truth. A Stromboli is only similar to a pizza if the customer request a pizza style Stromboli. The way I like a Ham and Cheese Stromboli is by taking a pizza crust, covering it with cheese and ham, folding it down the middle and flipping one side over the other, needing down the two sides to seal in the Stromboli's contents inside. Nowhere in this Stromboli do you put, whole `Peppers` or large slices of `Onions` or gobs of pizza sauce. Uncle Sam's skimps on the Stromboli by keeping the cheese use down to bare a minimum and fills the void with massive amounts of Spiced Pizza Sauce. I would not recommend this place to anyone except maybe anyone who markets `Rolaids or Tums.`
