My two friends and I, along with my 16-month-old daughter, decided to eat here for Sunday breakfast. Most of the tables are for two people, and there was two couples ahead of us waiting for a table (seat yourself set-up). The dining area is fairly small, and you're literally only about foot away from the table next to you. While we waited, my daughter walked around and explored (as she usually does), and she was never out of arm's reach of me. After about 15 minutes of us waiting for a table, the manager spotted her and told me not to let my baby crawl around on the floor because there was broken glass everywhere. Just then, a table was open, and we decided to stay and eat. The food was pretty good, but the waiter only stopped by once to ask how the food was. Even though we were sitting right by the place where the wait staff go in and out of the kitchen with pots of coffee, we had to stop someone several times to ask for refills for our empty cups. Bottom line: Not kid-friendly, lousy service, rude management, crowded dining; however, the food was good, not sure if it was worth the hassle and the price. -- 1/17/2005 9:50:43 AM
